Under his leadership, the business has pivoted to provide rapid, scalable power solutions that bridge the gap between traditional reliability and a low-carbon future.

Prior to his current role, he served as CEO of Aeroderivatives for EMEA, where he transformed a $700M+ P&L and achieved a record 80% employee engagement score. His career is marked by securing multi-billion dollar infrastructure deals and building critical partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and China, including serving on the Board of Directors for key joint ventures.
Beyond his commercial results, Midhat is a dedicated advocate for global talent and community upliftment. A trilingual executive fluent in English, Arabic, and French, he serves as a key executive sponsor for the Asian Pacific Allies & Friends (APAF) Employee Resource Group.
