At GE Vernova, Sonal has led global market analytics efforts across more than 30 countries, delivering actionable insights to utilities, developers, and large energy consumers. She has played a key role in shaping integrated gas-to-power outlooks, LNG market indicators, and customer-focused strategies that enhance decision-making and unlock new growth opportunities. She is currently spearheading structured forecasting frameworks to improve service revenue visibility while also leading marketing transformation initiatives, including digital modernization, rebranding, and customer engagement strategies.
Sonal is an experienced business professional who values collaboration, mentorship, and team development. For more than 16 years, she and her husband have led an annual food donation initiative in Gujarat, India, growing support from a handful of families to nearly 200 families annually. She has also contributed to orphanages and senior homes, supported educational opportunities for underserved students, funded school resources and infrastructure improvements near Bangalore, and assisted with meal distribution efforts for displaced workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through her long-standing involvement with the Lions Clubs International, she has supported healthcare initiatives including artificial limb programs, blood donation drives, and community health services. In the United States, she has been an active leader in cultural and community organizations, mentored youth through STEM programs such as VEX Robotics, and supported grassroots sports initiatives.
